Document Policy, Shipping Policies and Handling Charges:
Please send legible copies only. Documents will not be returned. NLA destroys documents upon completion of audit or closed case.
When shipping documents to NLA, sender is responsible for shipping expenses. We do not accept collect shipments. We recommend that all shipping have traceable means.
Copyright Notice:
NLA copyrights the content and format of its reports.
Furthermore NLA expressly forbids any reproduction of our audit style, method, or template. Reverse engineering,
full or partial reproduction or making derivative works of (or based on) our audit methodology is expressly forbidden. NLA authorizes
the purchaser of its audits to make as many copies of the audit as required for case use only. NLA may grant permission for other reproduction rights
(such as for the attorney����s marketing purposes) on a case by case basis.
No NLA reports or materials may be reproduced without express permission, or made available
(free or for resale) to any individual or party other than the named borrower, homeowner, lien holder,
or their representative as expressly stated in the audit/loan documents.
Delivering Audits to a Consumer:
Client agrees that it is their responsibility to review the validity
of any legal claims or determinations stated in the audit and research any and all legal
issues outlined in the Audit, including verifying the audit process, applicable laws and findings,
before issuing a report to a consumer, or using such report in any in any court of law, motion, pleading,
modification or negotiation process or other legal capacity.
Return Policies:
NLA provides its audit services and products on
a customary, best-effort basis. Deposits are non-refundable and there are no refunds on completed audits.
A $75 cancellation fee will be charged on submitted audits cancelled before the audit is performed.
Re-Issue Policies:
Loan audits conducted on incomplete files may be reprocessed with the submission
of additional documents for a $75 reprocessing fee if documentation is submitted within 2 weeks of completion of the original audit.
How
to submit documents:
E-mail or File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is generally the fastest and most efficient method for delivery. We urge you to use our FTP access, please call for FTP set up instructions.
Large volume accounts must use FTP to transfer files directly to our secure server.
