National Loan Auditors has the ability to provide a Forensic Loan Audit with a Legal Opinion Letter to our clients. NLA’s Legal Opinion Letter will consist of a comprehensive review of our proprietary forensic audit procedures in addition to our audit discoveries. Our Legal Opinion Letter will specifically cover Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Home Ownership and Equity Protection Act (HOEPA), Truth In Lending Act (TILA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLB) along with Federal State and County violations.
All legal matters contained within the Forensic Loan Audit, will be addressed from counsel for another party.
When received, the Legal Audit Opinion will serve as a part of the recipient's diligence, providing the recipient with a powerful tool to move the negotiation process forward. Our Legal Audit Opinion delivers a professional judgment on legal issues regarding the Forensic Loan Audit transaction, and any findings/discoveries that may be contained in the report, providing our Client's with a vital confirmation to be used in the modification or work-out process.
